Checking to see if there are any updates on the release for Les Mis. Really would like to know if it may be released to produce by Feb. 2019?

The last update I have for the release of Les Mis, is to inquire back the begining of 2018. As of Nov. 02, 2017 has there been any new information for a release date. Very very anxious to see if there have been any changes for a release date to produce the show.
Please advise.

I've directed the student version twice and have been waiting years to direct the full adult version.
Could you give me any guidance on what it may take to have the rights for this production in February 2019?
