Is Elf the Musical availabke in Canada in 2018.?

I see that in November and December it is playing in Ontario.

I have not received advance notification that is it now available (as I am on the advance notice list)

Royalties and Rights

are the Royalties and Rights available in Canada for Elf the Musical yet?

If not, when will they be?

Weare hoping to do the musical in early December 2018.
