Hello! I have successfully started a drama club at my elementary school with fourth and fifth grade students, but still have little to no budget. Do you have any prices available for shows that don't charge admission? Are there any shows that might run under an hour so that our club could still showcase those actors who are not musical each year? Thank you for your response.

Take a look at "Dear Edwina: Junior" here in the MTI catalog. The letter/response nature of the story makes it ideal to for a large number of players, and sharing of the "lead". There are lots of youtube videos (including a roller skating Gorilla.. no idea where *that* came from??) to get a sense of what's involved.
Congratulations! You'd have to contact a licensing representative for pricing, but I'd encourage you to take a look at the KIDS collection (http://www.mtikidscollection.com).
They are designed to be performed by elementary students and include a complete show kit to make this massive undertaking a little easier.
You can find more information on the Broadway Junior Collection here (http://www.mtishows.com/content.asp?id=5_5_0).
