How to Secure Rights to Song on Soundtrack NOT in MTI package

On the Broadway soundtrack of Disney's The Little Mermaid there is song and reprise entitled "I Want the Good TImes Back." It was replaced by the song "Daddy's Little Angel" in subsequent productions. The latter song appears as part of MTI's package. Is it possible to use the original song and reprise in a production of "The Little Mermaid" and what is the process for securing the rights to that song and reprise?

Hello,

Unfortunately, "I Want the Good Times Back" is not included in the licensed version of THE LITTLE MERMAID, so you will not be permitted to add it to your production.  If you have any additional questions about this, please reach out to your representative.
