It's 1979, and New York's hottest A-listers are lining up for the opening of a floating casino and discotheque. Also attending is a faded disco star, a sexy nightclub singer with her eleven-year-old twins, a disaster expert, a feminist reporter, an older couple with a secret, a pair of young guys who are looking for ladies, an untrustworthy businessman and a nun with a gambling addiction. What begins as a night of boogie fever quickly changes to panic as the ship succumbs to multiple disasters, such as earthquakes, tidal waves and infernos. When will rehearsal and performance tracks be available?
We are considering licensing this show but we do not have the capacity for a live orchestra. Are there plans to release rehearsal and performance tracks for this show?
I wanna put on Disaster at a playground, near my home, free admission, no charge at all. Just basically for viewers to sit on the grass and enjoy the show. I'm not making any money off this. How much would the rights be for something like that? Or can I do something like that for free?
Do you offer alternative lines so the show can be PG?
I work at a school where we have students from 6-12 grade participate in our musicals, so we often take advantage when there are additional resources of approved alternative lines for shows with a younger cast. I would love to do this show, but would need that as an option or it won't be approved by the administration. Any thoughts about if that will be an option?
