2012 was a banner year for our Theatre for Young Audiences Collection (TYA), and we wanted to make sure you heard the news about five fun titles now available for licensing.  In case you don't know, TYA musicals are shows written for adults to perform for children. TYA shows usually have cast requirements of 6-12 actors, and have running times under 90 minutes.

If you're not already a children's theatre, adding in a TYA show to your season is a great way to expand your audience base to include children and families.  The minimal set requirements and limited number of actors make producing a TYA title a truly affordable investment.
