By attending the Junior Theatre Festival on Saturday 24th May 2024 & Sunday 25th May 2025 at The ICC in Birmingham I acknowledge, on behalf of all participants within my School/Group (named above), that the event will be photographed, filmed, and/or videotaped.
I hereby give Music Theatre International (Europe) Ltd. (MTI) and its affiliates and representatives the unqualified right to take pictures and/or recordings of all participants named in my Organisation and grant the perpetual right to use the likeness, image, photo (collectively, “image”), without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any legitimate use without limitation or reservation.
I hereby waive, release and forever discharge MTI and its affiliates and representatives from and against any and all claims or actions arising out of, or resulting from, any use of said image.
MTI shall not be obligated to use, and may elect not to use, your image.
