Can we still use the full version if we're looking to combine some things from the one-act?

We are looking into doing this show with our high school, but we are concerned about "Busted" and "Go" as being appropriate. If we wanted to look into cutting those songs/adjusting them to be more appropriate, could we still use the full version? Is there someone specific we would need to reach out to?

Les Miserables

I received a survey from a local, large scale theater in my state asking for patron input for shows their audience would prefer seeing out of a list of musicals. Les Mierables was on that list. My question is, can this be interpreted that the amateur rights to Les Miserables will be released in 2021? I also see that Hale Centre Theatre in Utah is currently producing Les Miserables. Is this also a pre-cursor to the rights being released next year?
