What is the difference between Willy Wonka, Willy Wonka TYA, and Willy Wonka Jr

The question you're answering.

Thank you for your response, MTI,  but that much, I already knew.  ;)  I was looking for specifics.

For example, it looks to me like the parents (Mrs Gloop, Gpa Joe, Mr Salt, Mrs Beauregard, and Mrs Teevee) do  not go into the factory at all. I have an old copy of a TYA musical score and all of the songs INSIDE the factory are sung by the kids, Willy, and the Ooompa-Loompas.

Are the other 3 grandparents also in both versions?  Do they need to sing?

There is also an added character in TYA, Guy Poor. So I assume there are some differences in the script and characters?

It looks like TYA, Kids, and Jr all include a performance track CD, but the full version would require a pit, is that the case?

Thanks for your help!

WILLY WONKA is a full length title.  WILLY WONKA TYA is an abridged version for adults to perform for a young audience.  WILLY WONKA JR is an abridged version for young performers to perform specifically.
