General Licensing Timeline?

It's awesome that this show has come out for schools - is there any kind of a timeframe for when it will be released for Youth Groups?

The show page is a little unclear when it says 'restrictions may apply', would this full version of the show be available for licensing in QLD, Australia for a youth group in 2024?
Purchase just drum set music for educational use
Is it possible to purchase just the drum set music for the musical for educational use only? It will only be used in a one-on-one private lesson setting? The whole musical or just one song would be useful (we have one in mind already).

I’m part of a theatre group that is pretty female heavy. We are thinking about putting on Newsies, I was just wondering whether we would be able to ungender some of the characters e.g the Newsies so this could work?

Any chance the junior version of Newsies will be ready to license and produce for 2019-2020 (more specifically for a show that would start rehearsing late Nov. 2019 and perform late Feb. early March 2020? Thanks for your help.
