KC Munoz joined Music Theatre International in 2024 as the Strategy Manager, focusing on driving innovation and expanding MTI's reach within the global theatre community. Originally from El Paso, Texas, KC studied Public Relations at the University of Texas at Austin before earning her MBA from Columbia Business School. Prior to business school, she worked as a digital transformation consultant across both private and public sectors, helping clients leverage data to drive strategic decision making and thrive in the digital age.

A self-proclaimed theatre nerd, KC is extremely passionate about the educational and transformative power of live entertainment and expanding theatre access to wider audiences. Some of her favorite shows include Beetlejuice, In The Heights, Les Misérables, and Mamma Mia!
