What restrictions apply regarding the music?

More specifically, I would like to change some of the lower notes to a third or fifth higher. However, I am not sure if that is allowed.

Is there a chance Beetlejuice the musical could be available in the next year?
I am a Junior in high school and don't have much time untill I'm a senior. It would be a dream come true to do Beetlejuice my senior year. And I know it's coming back to broadway, and that may cause some issues, but I would just like to know if it may be available to license by next year. Thanks in advance.

I'm considering using the Rehearscore App and/or Plus but have a couple questions.

Is it possible in the App to adjust the volume of the individual tracks?  I.E. Can a single vocal track be made to be heard better by lowering the volume of the remaining tracks? 

Also, is it possible to assign a different 'voice' to an individual track?  For example, I wish to bring out than individual vocal line by having it use a Clarinet or other instrument while everything else remains Piano?

I'm considering using the Rehearscore App and/or Plus but have a couple questions.
