TYA vs. Jr?

I see that Big was released as a TYA production. Can someone explain the difference between this and a junior version of a show? My school has only ever done junior versions (we're a 7th and 8th grade school) because we don't have a band, so we need the accompaniment CD. Do the TYA shows come with this?

TYA shows are typically performed by adults for children and feature cast sizes of 6-9. BIG TYA does come with an accompaniment CD. The MTI Broadway Junior Collection comes at a special fixed rate and the materials are yours to keep. The Collection also features a ton of educational and production resources. Hope that helps.
