Strand Lighting

Okay so my high school just got this new lighting board from strand lighting. It is called a Palette, I think. It is amazing. It works just like a computer and it's soo easy to use I love it. I am so sad to have graduated and be leaving it. Does anyone else around here have one in their theatre and may want to join me in discussing how amazing this thing is.

We have on ok light board right now. Next year we're getting a new building, along with BRAND NEW lights and a brand new board. I'm excited as hell.
it suckd though, cos for our last performace, about 40 minutes before the doors opened for opening night, we found out that three of our fernels and one of our scoops was out. We only had a scoop bulb. our tech-support was supposed to have bought extra bulbs but didn't. We had to move EVERYTHING around so the stage didn't look lopsided. Light crew head was PISSED!
Anyway, that won't happen next year :) brand new everything. I'm so excited to see the new board... unno what kind it'll be, though...

Do you have any links for it? Our lighting board is very old and very... "finiky" if you know what I mean. This sounds like an amazing product to look into.
