Anyone who's done this musical before, what did you do with the orchestra for the songs that need to sync up with video ("Lina's Film Would You", "Kathy's "Would You"" and ""Would You" Finale (Film)")? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My thoughts are to create a click track on the video. You can even do it in stereo. So the left channel would be the prerecorded vocals, and then the right channel could be the click track. Have an output of the click track from the soundboard that goes to the conductor.
