Sadly I am sorry to say that the orchestration does not exist as of yet.

A great question! Sadly, they do not exist. You are allowed to make your own with an arrangement through MTI. I would suggest you give your MTI licensing rep a call and discuss it. Best of luck - that music is worth any TLC spent on it!
