How do you turn up the volume?

I'm using RehearseScore for Into the Woods, and it does not produce enough sound on my MacBook Pro when my volume is up completely. I don't see anything in any of the drop down menus related to volume.

Apple reduced the MIDI volume on their newer MacBooks. So I recommend downloading Boom, third-party software that enhances and increases the volume for MacBooks. Here’s a link to their website:

You can try the software for free. And if you like it, the purchase price is very reasonable (…I like the software so much that I use it on my MacBook and my iMac).
I use a separate speaker with my computer and just put in the headphone jack.
