On Wednesday, November 27th, the MTI office will close early at 1 PM ET for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Office operations will resume on Monday, December 2nd.
RehearScore App not Working
Hi. We purchased the RehearScore App for our production of 13. We have been sending invites to our staff and will begin with our cast this evening. One of our people has downloaded the app to their iPad. Theapp seems to work on the iPad and we can download and work twith the sample show but when they connect to the content for 13 it gives us a logo bar for that but it is greyed out and we cannot access the tracks. This is our rehearsal iPad so we really need to get it working on this device.
Hi Dale! I asked our Production Resource Manager, and he had some suggestions for you to troubleshoot:
•First, uninstall the app off of their tablet and restart the process.
•Second, have some other individuals access the RehearScore on other devices. If it’s that singular iPad that’s glitching, it’ll hopefully be a one off.
