Yes, I am aware that there should be no digital recordings of the show, however, I would really like to see it, and if anyone has a copy, like a home made screening of their own show I would like to see it!

I was lucky a high school was performing this show a season before we were going to perform it. As little known as this show is, it is very popular. Check with surrounding high schools to see if they will be performing sometime soon. You might have to travel a bit to find one, but it is worth the drive. "Island" is still my favorite show to date.

Hi, Also there is a great new documentary out now called AFTER THE STORM. It's about a community center in New Orleans doing a production of ONCE ON THIS ISLAND JR as a way of rejuvinating the center and giving the displaced kids a great activity in a community wrecked by Katrina. The documentary shows the rehearsal process and many scenes from the show.
