How do I license two songs for a UIL performance in front of 3 judges?

UIL showchoir competition. I cannot find the form that would allow me to perform from the show Mary Poppins or Thoroughly Modern Millie, Jr. Is it possible to obtain temporary rights to do this?

For performing in competion, there is a specific form on our website: Individual Rights application and Permission Form. On the website go under HELP, click FORMS and it should be the second option.  Hope this helps!
