When should we have access to our performance tracks player and be able to actually use the player? We were just told that we won’t have access to our tracks until opening night and we believe that something is wrong.

Hello! Performance Tracks get sent to customers 2 months before their first scheduled performance date. You should be able to use the Rehearsal Tracks right away. Please reach out to your MTI licensing representative if you're experiencing issues.
