I want to know how much it costs to use commercially the song 'Do you hear the people sing' in Korea for 3 months or 6 months as a TV commercial background song. Also want to know if it's possible to change the lyric in Korean

MTI controls the‘grand rights’ for the titles in our catalog. This means we control the righst for doing a stage production. MTI does not own mechanical rights and so these rights are simply not ours to grant. For this, you would need to check with the music publisher http://www.mpa.org/music-publisher/3073
