Alisa, My theater company just finished Big TYA! It was awesome! Some differences are some songs are cut, such as some susan songs and mrs. baskin songs. Also, "Fun" is a lot different. It's with the piano scene, and it's nothing like the Broadway version. Can't think of much that is too different. Some scenes taken out, and the show moves faster.

I'll look into specific changes, but it's a smaller cast and abbreviated running time.
