Can I perform an Avenue Q song in competition for Thespian Districts? (And hopefully state.)

I'm planning on performing "Purpose" this year at Districts, and hopefully either "I Wish I Could Go Back To College" or "For Now" next year. Can I perform them?

Hi! If a group has first licensed and presented the full production first, MTI can then grant permission for that group to take and use a continuous and linear segment section of their production for a competition.
